Bountiful Bra Boutique is an independently owned lingerie and swim retailer focused on providing excellent customer service to all people in need of intimate apparel. Along with custom bra fitting, we offer pre and post surgery consultations and support for mastectomy care. 

We require a support team member that puts kindness above all else and welcomes an opportunity to help other women find the support they need. If you love lingerie, fashion and helping others feel their best, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are looking for someone with some experience in retail but will train the 'right fit' for our position. 

The successful candidate will be able to enhance the shopping experience and the customer's satisfaction by recommending garments to suit the client's needs. Great people skills, a positive attitude, honesty, and strong work ethic is essential. 

Candidate qualities we are seeking include: 

• Customer-Focused: You have excellent communication  skills and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit and style.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for product  details and can maintain our store’s visual merchandising.
• Lingerie Knowledge: Experience in lingerie or intimate  apparel is a plus, but a willingness to learn about different styles,  sizing, and fits is essential.
• Team Player: You work well in a team environment and support your coworkers to ensure a smooth and positive shopping  experience for all customers.
• Positive Attitude: You approach every situation with a  friendly, approachable, and upbeat attitude. You make every customer feel  welcome and valued.
• Organizational Skills: You can keep the store tidy,  organized, and well-stocked.
• Flexibility: Able to work from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities:

· Greeting and engaging with clients

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service skills

· Build client relationships with our Bountiful Bra brands 

· Continue with ongoing product knowledge to help provide best fits for guests

· Maintain visual merchandising and general store appearance

· Recommend products for future needs of guests

· Sort and replenish garments daily

· Work with Bra fitters to meet and exceed customer expectations while keeping the store neat and tidy.

Requirements: 

                · Great Communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Experience  wearing a bra
• Moderate  computer skills
• Ability to  use a step ladder on occasion
• Able to lift 15 lbs
• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Comfortable  with cash handling and professionally closing a sale
• Saturdays are required as this is a retail position

Pay: starting at $16.50-$18.00 per hour, wage increases will align with training and additional responsibilities
